+ -1 moreFrom the first telephone contact on, every provider necessary to set up this service informed of when something would be done, what would be done, and what was next. The installer had to come the week before to set up the wiring, and the day of returned on time and got all of it running. He explained fully how everything worked, and demonstrated. I didn't have my TV yet when he came (had to order it), and when the TV arrived, I couldn't make it work, so Citizen's came back and fixed everything, the day that I called for help.
Description of Work: I have high speed internet, cable television and home phone. All obtained on time and per order, by service people who went the extra mile to make it right. The price is amazing -- I am paying far less for these services than I did at my home out of state, and I have far superior service!
