Their very polite and tried to be helpful. It took multiple times to get the system to work. I felt some things should be under warranty It comes to find out it was the motherboard. They were trying to be helpful but not sure why it took so long to get it fix.

Vailes was not the least or most expensive HVAC contractor that made a proposal to us for our new mini-split system. They were the most responsive to our questions and provided the best design. This was done about 3 1/2 years ago. The system has worked very well. We did experience 1 hiccup this past summer when a design flaw prevented the system from draining properly. While trying to address the problem, Vailes responded promptly to our calls, made three timely service calls and fixed the flaw without charging us. The system has continued to work well ever since. They were extremely professional and more than fair in their treatment of us. We are very appreciative and will look to them to expand the system in an upcoming addition.

Great efficient installation, but after a year or so there was a defect in one of the pipes. They worked it out with the manufacturer and had it fixed immediately. Would highly recommend.

So I don't want you bugging me to review them again. They were unsatisfactory before and shall remain so since I do not plan on using them again. Enough said?

This company tried to get me to buy a new system when the heating system in the home works fine, only needed some adjustments to the duct work in the crawl spaces

Our initial phone call was answered promptly and Robert Vailes set up an appointment that same week. He spent several hours listening to our needs, measuring all the rooms, making detailed drawing of windows, doors, etc. He returned the next week with several recommendations and estimates. We took several days to examine the estimates and make our decision. We signed the contract and worked started in 10 days. When the installers arrived they wore footies in the home, put down protective cover on carpet and tile floors, vacuumed up any dust. They were courteous, worked diligently and finished the installation in 3 days. Robert and inspectors came byseveral days later and did a complete walk-through and answered our questions about filters, thermostat operation, and maintenance. We have been very please with their work.

Very well! This became a far more extensive project than originally anticipated, so we definitely got our money's worth. They sent contractors who worked ~10 hours/day for a solid week. Very professional!

began with an extensive review of my heating and cooling needs. then we were given multiple options for a system that would satisfy these needs. installation worked with our schedule. they were clean, courteous and professionals all the way. they returned later to do a full system inspection and to make sure we were happy with the job.

My AC unit wasnt working properly. The technition located the problem quickly. Could have done the easy thing (like another company suggested) and replaced the unit, but took the conservative route first. It worked! I know the fix isn't permanent. He was honest about that. The unit is older and will need to be replaced in another couple of years. When that occurs, Vailles will do the job. Be aware that they ARE more expensive....but the degree of professionalism - from the receptionist and scheduler to the technicians - is worth every dime. You can truly count on them. Honesty, knowledge, professionalism!

Everything turned out to be great. I would tell friends and family members to use Vailes. If I get a company that doesn't do good work, I would never use them again.
