(HPS) is a Residential & Commercial Pest Management company that embraces the philosophy of incorporating the whole environment when investigating for a solution. In other words, we don’t just spray product to kill pests. We identify those factors that are contributing to the pest problem and offer a resolution for better, long-term control, with minimum chemical impact on the environment. We are mindful of our clients AND our Earth!

Description of Work: I called Holistic pest solutions for mice problem but it turned out to be a squirrel problem. They were very professional and recommended an alternate vendor and did not charge anything for the analysis. I thought it was very professional and I would definitely use Holistic Pest solutions in future small pest problems.

He assured us that he would discuss the problem with his partner and get back with us for possible solutions. That was over a month ago and we have heard nothing from him at all. We realize that the problem was serious and might require the services of a much larger firm to do the job. However, he should have told us that rather than just ignore the problem. We contacted a firm in Richmond which has inspected the problem and will treat it at reasonable cost. Ignoring a prospective customer is no way to do business.
Description of Work: Ty showed up when he said he would and did a thorough inspection. He did find what could have been a very serious problem and spent some time discussing the options with us. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the various ways to treat the problem.

I sincerely regret the lack of responsiveness. I did indeed drop the ball on this inspection. This isn't how I do business and felt bad for not getting the answer to their concerns promptly back to them. Once I realized, I immediately called Mrs. Whitehall took responsibility and apologized completely. I explained that the failure was mine and I asked her to extend my apology to (member name removed) and offered my advise in any future needs.

It went well. I didn't have to pay for Ty to come to the house.. He was so thoughtful and put my fears and concerns first so I will gladly call them for all of my services.
Description of Work: I recently returned from a trip to NYC and had a significant number of bites on my body. Ty at Holistic Pest Solutions responded promptly to my call. He answereed my questions, gave me so e suggestions to immediately help to resolve the problem. Hr told me what to look for and what to do..he called every day to see how i was doing and offered to come out and help me. I followed his instructions exactly and think that I have resolved the problem. He didn't want for me to have to pay unless it looked like I had brought bugs ho e with me. I use Holistic Pest so.utions for mosquito co too. They are great. I will write a s Pirate review on that service.
