I was very pleased with the professionalism of Cox Construction. I got three estimates to hook me up to county sewer after my septic system failed and Cox beat out the other companies by a wide margin. Because of the price difference, I was leery and asked for written confirmation of what they were going to do and the price agreed upon. I received the contract the next day. Within a few days they came out and did the job and I'm thrilled with the work. They worked fast and never once did I see any of the men standing around doing nothing. They each knew they're job and they did it. They were all courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work. They will be the first people I call if anything else goes wrong.

He called before he arrived. Corrected the problem without suggesting I needed to buy a new water heater. He explained things in a way I understood. A couple of years ago I called an A/C company and wanted to know how my a/c was doing. The person came walked around looked at my unit without hooking any gages up and proceeded to write up a $400.00 estimate. I did not hire him.
