I have used James on two previous occasions to service my gas fire place and clean the chimneys in my home and workshop. I was very pleased with his work. This visit was to repair a leak in my main chimney stack and install a cover on my outdoor fireplace. Just as before, James and his helper did a great job.

James was efficient, completed job in timely manner, and cleaned up the room upon completion. He was a good communicator on the day of his appointment, updating me on his arrival time. I would hire him again!

James is the best!! This is the first major project that my husband and I have undertaken and we were pretty nervous about it â until we met James. I got estimates from several companies before I found James and each one told me I would have to have different people do the tile, drywall and fireplace work. And then James came in and told me he could do it all . . . and he did!! The entire project only took 2 weeks start to finish and the disruption to our home was minimal, even though it snowed a few times and we had quite a bit of ice. My husband and I were impressed with Jamesâ professionalism, his technical skills and his amazing people skills. On more than one occasion, I questioned whether something would work out and James patiently explained how it was going to be the best option and reassured me that it would also look great, and it always did! I also want to mention the great â back officeâ support from Michelle Chambers, who was as awesome as her wonderful husband! I will be proudly recommending James Chambers to everyone I know!

They are professional, arrive on time and keep the place clean while work in progress. We have used them twice and will continue our relationship into the future. They are a little pricier than others but you get what you pay for so I would recommend them.

James Chambers is a delightful person and very informative.

I usually don't ever write reviews, but after the service I received from James, I felt I had to share my experience with everyone. James showed up on time to look at my fireplace. He took apart my fireplace and determined I wasn't getting any gas. We went outside to check my buried propane tank, and turns out it had been disconnected by the previous owner before I bought the house. I guess our home inspector missed that. Anyway, we let him know we were new to the area, and just bought the home. He was extremely friendly and my wife and I loved talking to him. He has a great sense of humor. Anyway, after chatting for about 30 minutes or so, he said he wouldn't charge me for coming out to check my fireplace since it was an easy fix. I even texted him the other day and said I felt a cold draft coming in through the fireplace. He called me up and explained there is a gas line coming in beneath the fireplace and that I could buy some 3M metal duct tape to block the hole off to keep the cold air out. I tell you what, I'm a customer for life and will recommend him to anyone.

As a new home buyer, I was very concern with the condition of my chimney and fireplace. They were very polite in answering my questions and very professional in their service. They even gave us recommendation on how to replace the manufactured fireplace without pushing their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their chimney or fireplace worked on.

They were very honest. I called in the AM and due to a cancellation, they were able to come before noon. One chimney needed cleaning the other was fine. They could have charged me for both but didn't. They left the house without any ash and showed me a bucket of the black chunks they removed. I was very pleased.

They did a great job & cleaned up after themselves. I was please that they could do it as quickly as they did.
