Description of Work: There were 2 appliances. One was dishwasher making horrible grinding noise. The clothes washer was also making noise. They repaired clothes washer but dishwasher needed new motor and I decided to get a new one.

+ -1 moreHe returned the next day on time with the part and refrigerator is now working fine. He only charged me for the initial service call and part.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not cooling. I contacted James that day and he was able to come out to my home to fix my refrigerator. He arrived when he said he would even calling prior to coming to my house. He checked the refrigerator and determined it was the "start relay". He told me he anticipated this was going to be the problem and told me he had already ordered the part and it would arrive the next day.
