+ -1 moreDo not use this contractor under any circumstance. Terrible experience. Home was set in 2006 and trouble started in 2007. The garage has sunk, the floor has buckled, the siding has buckled, the sidewalk has cracked and been replaced twice, and the septic system is built for the wrong sized house. In the midst of a lawsuit, but Groggins has found ways to avoid paying for their mistakes. The house itself has now been repaired - now it's a matter of getting payment for the damages. The septic system has been settled, but that's it. A complaint has been filed with the Board of Contractors, but so far nothing has come from it.
Description of Work: Groggins set our modular home and built garage.
