carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreadequately, though my main reason for lower rating was they promised to return to clean up any areas needing more attention,since they let a neighborhood dog romp into the house immediately after the cleaning job was over. Tho they called once when I wasn't available, I have not had the follow-up promised --Yet, about a month later, though I paid for all the service.
Description of Work: entire carpeted area of house was steam cleaned

 + -1 moreI had an emergency situation with water and sewage back up that I used Service Master for floor cleaning services in my mother's home. They had to remove paneling in the basement to complete the job. They used air scrubbers to help with the issue also. They came out promptly. They were very friendly and respectful with my mother also. They explained everything. to me and did a good job. I did not shop around for services so I am unable to rate the price for services performed.

 + 0 moreThey are a good company because they do a good job. I definitely will use the again in the future.
Description of Work: I last used Service Master a couple of years ago to do the carpets, but I have a rug there right now. They've also cleaned braided rugs for me.
