Weiler's Lawn & Landscape Inc

I have used them before and they sent the same crew as before so they were familiar with my yard. Their English has improved since the last time they were here. I like the work they do. I will use them again. They may be a little higher but I like the work they do and you get what you pay for. Last summer they had to reschedule a few times because of the heat; it was too hot for them to work but they kept me informed.

They were really good. We just liked the idea another company provided better so we went with them.

My backyard had gotten out of control -- weeds, overgrowth, etc. I contacted Weilers (got them off of Angie's list) for help with my yard. I called and spoke to one of their representatives too schedule a time for an estimate. A date and time was arranged. The rep came at the appointed time and day. No hitches with that. I agreed to the scope of work and cost and within a day or two I received a contract via email and was asked to mail it in along with a deposit. Once that was completed we scheduled a date for the actual work to be done. On that day, the workers came as scheduled as did a Weiler's supervisor. All work was completed in a timely fashion and met all my requirements. Also, I received a Fall labor discount. I plan to use them again this Spring for similar work.

They were timely in coming out, and the work was good. They were here when they said they would be and did not leave a mess.

I was pleased with what they did. Mr. Weiler is very attentive and is very careful in doing what you want. I definitely got my money?s worth. I didn?t compare their price with anyone else. I would use their services in the future too.

The crew from Weiler's did a super job on the spring cleanup, trimming shrubs and small trees, cleaning up the mulched beds and mulching. They could not finish in one day and came back the next morning to complete the cleanup. They replaced two dead azaleas, and put in a new holly. The weekly mows were on time and fast, they were in and out in 20 minutes (I don't have a large property). The fall leaf removal and fall cleanup are scheduled for 12/14 next week. I expect the same prompt and professional work as in the spring. The only reason for the B is that they are quite pricey. They do a very good job though.

Nobody has come for the estimate yet.

The results were excellent. The drainage problems were fixed and new grass has returned to the area. I would recommend Weiler's for drainage work.

It was a small job but the representative of Weiler's who surveyed the problem sent us a written proposal detaling the job and the cost of doing it. The proposal arrived by mail in a green folder. We were deeply impressed by Weiller's professional approach. Similarly, the team that arrived as scheduled to do the work was also professional--that is, they knew what they were doing. The bay window was expertly restored. My overall impression of Weiller's is that the company is committed to doing first class work from the time a representive arrives to give an estimate through the completion of the job.

They do a pretty good job. They are professional and the office is very prompt on the phone. The staff that comes is a little inconsistent with the work done as well as the quality.

I liked their guarantee of service. They were timely and they finished their work in the promised time frame.

The entire experience was a joy... from estimate to completion.

The underground pipe that took water from sump pump to swale collapsed somewhere and we needed to get it replaced. This happened over Memorial Day weekend. Not really an emergency as I bought some drain pipe for temporary above ground fix. Left a message and got a call promptly Tuesday (after Memorial Day) morning. They came out that day. I was warned that it would be at least three weeks before they could get to it (all bidders told that me this). I was told to expect the estimate by e-mail Friday after Memorial Day (all bidders told me this too). I had all bids by that Friday except for Weiler's which came the following Friday. I needed to get someone signed up since they said it would be three weeks out before work could commence and assumed that Weiler's wasn't interested. Their bid was double the next highest when it did arrive. While very professional and prompt with the initial response, they fell down in the follow up. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job for them.

Some good things about this company: 1. Gave us a one-year guarantee on the new bushes; the other company we got an estimate from (which was approximately for the same amount) would not give us a guarantee. 2. Mr. Weiler was extremely responsive. Always returned my calls and e-mails within hours. 3. Eager to please: one bush was pruned into a shape I didn't care for, so the next day one of the workers came out and I stood there and directed him to do it just as I wanted. 4. Mr. Weiler made a "house call" when I was worried about the health of one of the bushes. We talked for a long time about the bushes, and I'm happy to say that both of them are thriving. Mr. Weiler has assured me that if one of them "fails" he will replace it. I just wish his prices were a little lower. I received an estimate from him to do some more work and were the estimate several hundred dollars less, I would probably have him do the work. (I should say that Mr. Weiler did breakdown the all the costs involved, which seemed reasonable.)

I have been very happy with their service. They are reliable & deliver a high quality result. Would definitely recommend them to friends.

I hired them tewice - the first time it was difficult to get a date even though I said my gutters were overflowing and it was urgent. They finally came after a few weeks. Second time worked very fast and without problem.

It went well. The representative was very easy to work with and friendly. The work was done very well and we are happy w/ the results.

They were timely and on-budget. The person I worked with, Karen, was very pleasant. Howerver, some of the plantings they did became invaded by weeds, and the company offered me an expensive fix. I used another company to take care of the repairs.

Overall my experience was good. I had a very awkwardly planned and overgrown front yard. I was looking for a transformation, hoping for the company to basically rip everything out and put everything back again in a way that made sense. I didn't get that and was a little disappointed that the change wasn't as dramatic as I was thinking it would be, but they did a great job trimming everything back and cleaning up overall.

Excellent. Service is so excellent and they are very responsive to requests and questions.

Karen was quick to get us an estimate and the work was done shortly thereafter. The work was well done and as promised. We would not hesitate to use Welier's again (this is the second time we have used them).

We spent about $9000. After redoing the pool, they reshaped the land, planted the grass and other things. We will not use them in the future.

We were very pleased. We would use Weiler's again happily!
