+ 1 moreWonderful customer service - prompt, courteous, careful and considerate. Bob Coates is a great guy to work with. He measured for and ordered the windows, then came and inspected the windows when delivered, rejected those that were off spec or arrived broken, and made sure that the windows were right. He really looked out for our interests. The windows as installed fit right and look gorgeous.
Description of Work: Water's Edge supplied and installed replacement sliding windows and specialty egress windows for a basement.

Description of Work: Bob is experienced in all aspects of home building/renovation. He has performed a variety of services including basement renovation, bathroom renovation, electrical wiring and general handyman. He is professional and responsive. He has also done work on my mother's home and she has had the same experience.
