+ -1 moreOUR SERVICE WAS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY SINCE THE MICROWAVE WAS ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS OLD. THE LADY WE SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE & WORKED AROUND MY BUSY SCHEDULE. THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG & THE 2 OPTIONS FOR REPAIR.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR NEW MICROWAVE SERVICED. THEY SERVICED THE FRONT & SIDE ELECTRONICS.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS SIMPLY, DROP OFF THE CAMERA AT THE LOCATION AND THEY CALL YOU WHEN IT IS DONE. THIS JOB TOOK 4 DAYS. ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE AND IT WAS DONE RIGHT, WE WERE TELEPHONED TO PICK UP OUR CAMERA.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A SONY CAMCORDER THAT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY CHECKED 5 CONNECTORS, CLEANED, LUBRICATED, AND RE-INSTALLED THE CONNECTORS. THEY REPLACED HEADS, THE TAPE PATH AND THE TAPE DRIVES.
