+ -1 moreOutstanding service. Very knowledgeable, reliable, problem-solving, punctual technicians and schedulers. My family has called Virginia Appliance Repair several times over many years for different appliances and they have always fixed our problem and explained to us what needed to be done, why, and at what cost. When it was more economical for my family to buy a new washing machine rather than pay Virginia Appliance Repair to fix it, they told us that. They are wonderful, honest, dependable people who we are always happy we called.
Description of Work: This time, our stove top jet wasn't working and Virginia Appliance Repair worked around our schedule to get it fixed two days before Thanksgiving! They have fixed other appliances for us over the years and always provided outstanding service.

Mohammad arrived on time. He was extremely professional, took the time to explain to me what was going on, clearly was very knowledgeable, and had my LG dryer up and running quickly. Thank you Mohammad and VAR for the help. Would call VAR for future needs.
Update: Still stand by my 5 star review. Part failed after about a month. VAR returned the next day and repaired it quickly under warranty. Still great customer service from the scheduling employee (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and as well as Mohammad, he did another amazing job and extremely nice. Thank you VAR.
