+ -1 moreTerrific! Mike did an excellent job with the living room ceiling repair. He then returned on 3 different days to paint ceilings, walls, and trim in the living room and dining room. He bought the paint and other needed supplies. No messes. Well done.
Description of Work: There had been a leak above our living room ceiling, and a piece of the ceiling had been removed. Mike came in and repaired the ceiling very nicely, and I asked him to return to paint the living room and dining room.

+ 2 moreI spent about $350 on that service. His prices were one half of what the other handyman people had asked for and the service he gave me was A1. He arranged the deck for a party to be very stunning. I would recommend the fact that he very quickly diagnoses the problem and he is extremely efficient time-wise and making the repair. When I got the bill, I saw that he was so much more reasonable than any other repair man I have ever had.
Description of Work: I used The Affordable Handyman a few months ago and he repaired a whole gate, planting, cleaned the pots and arranged the deck, and lighting that needed to be done.

+ -1 moreMichael Baker is the most reasonable person. He is the best person to repair anything in my home and anything he cannot do he has a wonderful list of very affordable referrals for the work. He is polite and nice. He always does the work quickly and affordably. He is very creative when it comes to repairing things. Rather than just redoing everything he will only redo what needs to be done. Michael is the best handyman I have ever used.
Description of Work: I have been using The Affordable Handyman for repairs around my home for the past two years. He most recently came out to do some lighting for me.
