I called and requested an estimate to have new cushions made for outdoor furniture (two chairs and one bench). I was very precise and sent measurements and pictures. I received an estimate for $530 which I thought was reasonable. I bought the amount of fabric they recommended and took the old pillows and fabric over to their shop. First, they said it would be an extra $8.00 per pillow (6) to add ties and one button - both of which were clearly shown in the pictures I sent. I agreed to that up-charge. Then an hour later they called to say it would cost an extra $160. I believe the price is unreasonable and that it is completely unprofessional to change an estimate.

We bought the Angie's Big Deal for $99 after another deal fell through. Sky Maid was prompt and was able to come out very quickly. Now, I must say, our house was a mess. Due to working full time, 2 teens, + family health problems it has been awhile since we had any housekeeping service come in. We had a couple companies come out for an estimate, but I just could not schedule them. I had Sky Maids for 4 man hours. They sent 3 people out for 1 hour 20 minutes. I like how they did this since it is less of an impact on me and my family. They were only able to clean my upstairs which includes 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom. It was spotless! Not a bit of dust left over. On the main level they were able to do some quick cleaning....a quick vacuuming. They are coming back to do a full on cleaning of the entire house and then we are setting up a monthly cleaning. The price beat the competitors.

Cushions not firm - loose polyfill, not contained in case. Zippers pulling apart. Very very unhappy.

A preliminary visit to the shop confirmed that they could easily solve the problem. I brought in the cushion the next day, and thirty minutes later I had a plump cushion again. The price they quoted was reasonable, and the workmanship was very good.

Sky Inc. does an excellent work. They pick up and deliver within a reasonable area. I wish Mr. Kim would be more forthright about the length of time it takes to complete the job. I did ask him to consider this. He is very nice and accommodating. He redid a pillow free because the first one wasn't useful due to small measurements. I would use Sky Inc. again. The prices are reasonable.

They picked up and delivered my sofa bed and did a beautiful job. I provided the fabric. They were reasonably priced. Wonderful work, very neat.
