This is a tremendously helpful and fully stocked paint and accessories store. I have had excellent treatment, services and help from Mike, whose mission in life seems to be helping painters achieve their goals. I’m not a professional painter so my purchases are generally very small. In spite of that, Mike gives me free advice, guidance and a standing offer to come back if the paint needs fixing. He saved me the expense of gallons of paint and time to paint a couple of rooms for which I had no leftover paint or records of what paint mixtures had been used. For these rooms, he told me to bring a sample (I took some receptacle covers that had been painted the color of the walls). He mixed a quart of paint to match the color for each room. He modified these mixtures free for me when they needed a little more black pigment. After he fixed them, they matched perfectly and an hours-worth of patching and touch up has made the room look newly painted. Duran Paints and Wall coverings is by far the most customer friendly and customer-focused store I’ve ever dealt with. The variety and completeness of their stock as well as their prices are unbelievably good to boot. I last shopped at Duron Bailey’s Crossroads on February 21, 2011 I highly recommend Duran Paints and Wallcoverings at Bailey’s crossroads in Falls Church.
