Dan called me on August 22 to let me know that he had a crew free from another job and asked if it was OK for them to come to my home to remove the tree early. I said fine. When I got home from work on August 22, the tree was removed and my yard and my neighbor's yard were nice and clean. The job was completely professional. A stump removal crew will be following up to remove the small stump. From start to finish, RTEC and Dan were outstanding in their promptness and responsiveness, whether by phone or email. I am very, very pleased with Dan and RTEC and have already recommended them to my neighbors. I have some other small ornamental trees that need pruning and I intend to contact RTEC next February or March to have them come and do that pruning. I am a very satisfied customer!

We had major storm damage to our home during an evening wind event in October of last year. Two enormous oak trees fell on our ranch home causing considerable damage and a very dangerous situation. Ben Gotch and his experienced group of tree experts from RTECH came to our home at first daylight with trucks, equipment and their bravery. By the end of the day, our roof was secure and more damage was prevented. By the following day, the damaged roof sections were covered in plywood and tarped. We were very appreciative of their skill and professionalism. We used them again in the winter as we prepared to remodel our home along with the needed repairs. We would highly recommend this company.

After contacting RTEC their representative arrived promptly as scheduled. He thouroughly examined our property and mad recommendations based on my desires and his estimat of what needed to be done. Most professional. From there on the work proceeded smothly on the agreed schedule.

Tree trimming was completed by a team of two climbers and two ground crew within one day in a highly efficient and professional manner. Crew worked competently and with a minimum of shouting and noise that seems to characterize many tree service companies. In this area, there are many companies to choose from if you just want a tree taken down or limb removed. However, if you are interested in keeping your trees healthy and reasonably safe from causing storm damage, RTEC is highly recommended. All work is specified and supervised by a registered arborist and focuses more on maintaining and saving trees rather than just chopping them down.

The reason I decided to work with them was because they seemed to be more concerned about preserving my trees rather than just taking them down. In the past they had taken down some trees for me, but this time just the fertilizing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The company was extremely professional and quite knowledgable in its field. I had called several other companies for estimates and they either never responded or the estimates were quite high. RTEC responded immediately to my inquiry, the estimate was reasonable and professionally presented, and the service was above and beyond expectations

The first time I scheduled a guy to come give an estimate, he called several times throughout the day to say he was running late (I was scheduled for the end of the day) and then he finally called to reschedule for another day. I understand bad traffic happens sometimes, and he had been so conscientious in calling me about it. They waived the estimate fee when he did come out the next week. The estimate took about 10 minutes. It was higher than I expected, but I have since learned that tree service is expensive no matter where you go. I was going on some extended travel, and they were able to schedule the work over email. When I returned home, the work had been done. The bill arrived in the mail a few days later. They have been EXCELLENT at prompt and courteous communication throughout; if I could give them a A+++++ for that I would.

I have received good service from them. The crew who came out was very punctual and responsive. Everyone seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly. The price was at least in line if not fair.

When the estimater came out, he spent a lot of time going over the work that I wanted to have done. He gave me a list of options. I had one tree in particular that needed a lot of work done. My neighbor was very concerned. The estimater did a very good job of discussing options, including saving the tree. Other companies gave me options, but not as many. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

Bottom line, had to ask for another representative. The first guy was TOTALLY unresponsive, rude, and not completely honest. When I was finally able to speak to the owner, he gave me the "miscommunication" explanation. There was none. If you're having extensive work done, I would look elsewhere first. With the amount they charge the service doesn't compare.

They have done work for me in the past. They are good but they are high end, so a little too expensive for my taste. They pretty much do everything from pruning and cutting, to fertilizing your trees.

Overall it went excellent. They showed up on time. They finished the job in one visit. They cleaned up after themselves. The work was very effective. It was a positive experience.

RTEC called that afternoon, said the weather was good the following day and they would bring a crew over to prune the silver maple in the backyard. I returned home early - around 3pm and the crew was still hard at work. They finished cleaning up around 4:30, tree looks fantastic, yard looks like they were never there. I'll have them return in the spring to prune my sweet gum.

We've used them a number of times before and have been happy with the work. They've done both tree trimming and bio stimulants. This a very environmentally conscious company. They also clean up well after themselves. They showed up when they said they would. Their prices may be a little more than the average, but the work is so well done that the price is worth it.

Removal and done very well. Price is a little high but we received great excellent service. Quality work. We would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
