Great job

Robert was very professional and did a great job cleaning up nicely afterwards. I was a bit apprehensive about how everything would look after the repairs of my pool deck and Robert went as far as to assure me that if I was not satisfied with the work, or did not like it, I would not have to pay him. He was that sure he could do a good job repairing my concrete cracks. He was right!

What was ask for was delivered on time without any complication and Mr. Robert was on sight until it was completed. This was a very good job.

At first they are great. They left an uneven surface -- a place where a puddle formed after they were done finihing the stoop. Robert came out an looked at it then brought crew back to fix it. Still not right and Robert said he would send them over again. He did not. We got an email from an assistant who said it was a structural problem AND WE SHOULD REPLACE THE WHOLE STOOP! That assistant never saw the site. What is "structural" about leveling the surface with another coat of the material they used to resurface?

I contracted with this company to do a two-day multi-step $2,000 resurfacing of my garage. When I called the day they were supposed to come out, it was clear that no one initially knew about this project and date. Two men were sent out. One worked three hours and said they were finished. Talked to the manager and the CEO who were less than helpful. The garage floor looks much worse than it did before. If I could give them less than .5 starts I would. They are lucky I don't sue them.

I can't say enough about Robert Construction. We were so impressed with the workers and particularly Rico, the foreman. They were very knowledgeable about their craft, efficient and always keeping in contact with us. The end product is fantastic. They are true professionals. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert Kim gave me a fair price that was lower than the competition. His crew worked long hours to complete the project on time.

Had concrete steps and landing. Excellent job on that. The other part of the project was stamped concrete. Design looks good overall but streaks were left and very noticeable. Probably due to the sealer. Anyhow, Robert says his worker will return and correct the issue. Just waiting to hear from him.

Worked with Robert and received a fair estimate on replacement of my asphalt driveway with concrete. We scheduled the project and his crew arrived at the appointed hour. The asphalt was quickly removed and hauled away. Stones were put in place and the concrete laid. The following day they came back to remove the forms. Robert came by the first night to inspect his crews handy-work. The job was nicely done.

Excellent finished product (home front porch repair and replacement of sidewalk), and the workers were patient answering my questions and respectful in accomodating my requests.

My experience with Robert Construction was very good. Robert's crew did excellent job. Robert came in the evening and checked everything himself. Robert and his crew were pleasure to work with.

Robert executes the job right on time and he shows up as promised. He came and checked the driveway right after it was installed.

Robert's crew did a great job on my patio. They had some problems along the way (tree roots from an old tree that they had to remove, rain all day which made the ground very muddy, etc.), but they did pretty well overall. Robert was easy to communicate with and I feel like the price was right, considering everything I had them do (including removal of an old stone patio). I didn't give them a full 5 stars because the cleanup wasn't perfect and the patio was good, but not perfect. I am happy overall, though.

Beautiful work. Reasonable price. Crew was outstanding. Robert was a pleasure to work with. Robert came out the same day I posted my request for bids and gave me an estimate. Within 5 days, the job was completed .Highly recommend.
