Description of Work: they inspected the heater and replaced the filter, which was in terrible shape. They checked the thermostat and found it to be off, then gave me options, which were very helpful. Unfortunately, the fan on our heater is still running all the time, which they said would stop with the clean filter.

Description of Work: They came twice - once in the winter and then later in the late Spring/early Summer. They checked the heating and cooling systems to see if they were functioning well. When the technician came in to checking the cooling system, he checked the filter and soft washed the radiators. Overall, I was satisfied with their work and the deal was well worth it.
