Description of Work: They performed a/c inspection, cleaning and tune-up for $79 prepaid on Angie's List. They called about 20 minutes before the technician arrived as promised, within the scheduled service window. The technician, who was amiable, performed the tune-up and inspection and found no issues (i.e., no service recommendations that would have added to the cost). I would use them again if any a/c issue does arise.

Description of Work: Fixed my air conditioning problem. They were very professional and did not try to get me to take on additional services. Less ethical dealers could have easily claimed I needed more work and I would not have known the difference. Will definitely use them again.

Made us aware that the system was approaching the end of its useful life, but left it to us to contact them if we had a problem and needed a replacement. Gave us a ballpark estimate of what a replacement boiler would cost. Service was efficient, information relevant.

Description of Work: They were great about putting in the new heating and ac system in Dec 2013 and I had no problem until I tried to turn on the ac in May. Didn't work. Took them 4 days to come fix it. They had cut a wire to ac system when it was installed. They fixed it no charged, but someone should have at least apologized for messing up an expensive system

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal form them for a diagnostic service call. We were very satisfied with their service. They did a very good job. They also do a lot of work in our neighborhood.

Description of Work: they inspected the heater and replaced the filter, which was in terrible shape. They checked the thermostat and found it to be off, then gave me options, which were very helpful. Unfortunately, the fan on our heater is still running all the time, which they said would stop with the clean filter.
