Description of Work: Showed up on time for appointment to diagnose air conditioning system that wouldn't turn on. Checked and found outside unit in good shape. Then checked furnace and fan, and gave good advice on cleaning filter. Final check was the thermostat, which had mysteriously started working right before the tech arrived. I replaced the therostat - one glitch means more to follow!

Description of Work: I called the provider for an estimate. The woman I spoke to indicated a technician would call to set up an appointment for an estimate later that afternoon or the following day. The technician never called to set up the appointment.

Description of Work: They performed a/c inspection, cleaning and tune-up for $79 prepaid on Angie's List. They called about 20 minutes before the technician arrived as promised, within the scheduled service window. The technician, who was amiable, performed the tune-up and inspection and found no issues (i.e., no service recommendations that would have added to the cost). I would use them again if any a/c issue does arise.
