Description of Work: They were great. They quickly diagnosed the problem and setup the follow-on appointment to have the new part installed. Installation was quick - about 30 minutes and the furnace runs like new.

Description of Work: Checked our furnace and and replaced a pad on the humidifier. Later came back to replace a nozzle feeding water to the humidifier. We were very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the gentleman who performed the work.
