Description of Work: They came in to give us an estimate on fixing our treadmill. We determined that it was not worth fixing and they hauled it for us. The diagnostics took about 5-10 minutes. They gave us an estimate for fixing it, and also an estimate for hauling it away. They were very friendly and efficient, but it took several texts and phone calls to schedule a time for them to come in.

Been a week since receipt of email from service person and no response/reply. Cannot wait for a reply need equipment repaired and need to use for good fitness. Found a reliable repair solution and equipment will get repaired by end of this week.
Description of Work: To repair my home treadmill equipment located in my home gym in basement. Need to get that piece of equipment working again and need it repaired.

+ 0 moreThey were very good. They knew exactly what I wanted and quoted a reasonable price to move my treadmill and came to carry out the move on time. The technician even gave us some good advice on how to look after our treadmill. I did call another company before Pro fitness but found them difficult to deal with. I will use Pro fitness movers again if needed.

+ 0 moreThere were 2 visits - the initial visit to figure out the problem, and then the actual repair. Roberto came to my home to check my treadmill. He asked questions about the problem and what was happening while I used the treadmill. He also tested the equipment to determine the problem. The problem was the rear roller. He also let me know that the bad roller was slowing down my treadmill and that it was causing my motor to work harder. So the solution was to replace the rear roller. So he wrote down the part number and recommended an online site to purchase the part. After receiving the roller, I scheduled the repair. My treadmill is working great again.
Description of Work: My Epic 550 treadmill wasn't working properly. It was slowing down and speeding up, and it was very noisy. Pro Fitness Movers repaired my treadmill. The rear roller was replaced, and my treadmill is working again.
