Nora Argueta House Cleaning Service

I needed to have my house deep cleaned. I interviewed four companies and Argueta stood out substantially from all the others. I hired her company and let me tell you they can clean. The owner is always on site during the cleaning and the finished job is remarkable. I could not have done better myself. They have been in business for 11 years as of the writing of this. The value I get what I paid is well worth it. I will be a repeat customer.

She provides excellent cleaning services. The house is SO clean after she leaves. Very reliable and always on time. She has been cleaning our house for more than 4 years. And she always pet sits our cat when we go on trips. That's how much I trust her.

When Nora started cleaning my house, I was at my wit's end. I was working full time (and overtime) with two young children and a husband who doesn't have a problem with clutter of chaos. Nora came in and made it all better. Mondays are the best day of the week for me now. I come home to a house that is clean and orderly. She has saved my sanity. In a few hours she accomplishes what it would take me days to do. She even takes on additional tasks. For example, I had a couple of rugs in my kitchen that were getting pretty dirty (as kitchen rugs do). I think it was bugging Nora. She asked if she could take them to the cleaner. I gave her money to cover the cost, and the next week the rugs came back almost like new. She has cleaned my refrigerator and freezer on occasion (a task I abhor!). I think she is eyeing my oven. I give her a few extra dollars when she takes on these tasks (they are always tasks I avoid, so it is worth it to me), but she never asks for the additional money. She just asks if she can clean the fridge/oven/carpet. A few months ago my childcare situation changed, and I was scrambling to fill the gap. Nora to the rescue!! The day she comes to work, she watches the kids so I work. They love her, and she is teaching them Spanish (they just don't know it). She even has developed a connection with our dog, who will follow her around the house. Nora is always prompt and courteous, thorough and fast. She goes above and beyond each week, and she truly has made a difference in my life. She brings her own supplies, and the house always looks and smells fresh. Nora is fairly fluent in English, but on the first meeting she brought her son Hugo to ensure there was no miscommunication. He is a very delightful young man. My Spanish is rusty, so it helped. If there is any question about a particular instruction (change of day, etc.) I will get an email from Nora/Hugo confirming. It usually isn't necessary, but it is nice to confirm the message was received and understood. This is especially true when she took up some childcare duties. The long an short of it is I would recommend Nora highly. And I do recommend her to neighbors and friends. She is well worth the price.

I thought the previous housecleaning person was doing a decent job until this person couldn't come anymore and a friend recommended Nora to me! Now I know when the house is really clean! It feels so great to come back from work and see the house so clean. And it smells so good. I don't have to tell her what needs to be cleaned. Nobody cleaned my oven before, and Nora did by herself! Nora also pet sits our cat when we go on vacation. You don't do that with any housecleaning person, Nora deserves that trust! We live in a medium size townhouse and she comes every week, so the cost will vary depending on the house size and the cleaning frequency. Update as of July 2013: After five years, Nora is still the best cleaning person I ever had (I had 3 different ones before her). I highly recommend her. BUT she changed her phone numbers.
