Andy Varnum did good and careful work, taking time to make sure the system was installed correctly and following up a few days later to confirm that it was functioning well. He was also quite pleasant and professional and patiently answered our many nervous questions.

One was for much more than we needed for our size of house and the other was just plain over-priced for the quality of the units. He came when he said he would, returned calls promptly, was courteous and professional, and the place was spotless when he left.
