Description of Work: Mickey Lupton immediately responded to my telephone call with an estimate based on the pictures of the aluminum siding that had blown off of our gable on the front of our three story townhouse. He explained my options (replace with aluminum siding, try to match 19 yr old siding to replace the missing pieces, replace with vinyl) and gave me an estimate via text. I subsequently had three other companies provide estimates after visiting the townhouse - all prices were significantly higher. I called Mickey back and he came over the same day and he confirmed his estimate. We provided half down and he was able to get a crew out to the house within four days to do the job. Mickey utilizes manufacturer's teams to do the installation and the team plus Mickey who came to the house were knowledgeable, polite, efficient and careful not to damage our plants. They had to assemble scaffolding to work three stories up, remove the aluminum, install a new moisture barrier and then install the vinyl. Everyone was very professional and after the job was done, everything had been cleaned up or disposed of and we had new vinyl siding. We will use Mickey if ever needed and provided his card to two of our neighbors who are in need of new roofs and had witnessed the work being done.

+ -1 moreRemoved old gutters and replaced with new of appropriate size. Added an additional downspout to balance symmetry of the house. All old materials cleared away; no mess left behind. Job was completed in just a couple hours. Mr. Lupton was on site to supervise during most the entire time.

+ -1 moreThe work went well. The installers were personable, quick and clean. Mickey (owner) was there a the beginning of the job, checked in mid-way and came to inspect the finish. This install happened at the same time a new HVAC system was being installed in the home; everyone worked well around each other. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Description of Work: Replaced all original single-sashed aluminum windows w/double-sashed vinyl widows and replaced SGD with double french doors. Cladded all trim w/vinyl to match new house siding and eliminate the need to paint. Installed a new garden window in the kitchen to replace a single-sashed window.
