The project went really well and after comparing different companies, felt we got a really good price for the work done. KO-Am was really responsive in developing the estimate and coming out a few times to review and show us the samples. The crew worked through the rooms really efficiently with minimal disruption. It has been a week since the install and all looks good. No issues to report. Would highly recommend KO-am.

Price seemed good. Tried to do too much in a day. Significant cleaning needed and a return for repairs. Wood flooring looked great when finally done. Manufactured wood floor not perfect. Will live with it for now. Lifetime warranty so probably have them back. Unresolved dispute over some minor damage to home..

Of the people I talked to for my project, KO-Am was the only one who gave me multiple options and prices with explanations of the trade-offs. They were also one of the few who were able to accurately understand and engage my project, as I went through many others first who werenâ t able to take it on after realizing what I needed (tree root coming through the floor, necessitating both grinding the root down and repairing the floor). Once we locked in on the project details, it was scheduled quickly and executed well (and fast). From my experience, they have a clear focus on service, including a follow up call the next day to check on customer satisfaction. Great job.
