Mr Sanchez and crew set some pavers for me. The work was done quickly but properly, and Mr Sanchez made some suggestions that I hadn't considered but did incorporate. And all at a reasonable cost.

Mr. Sanchez was a pleasure to do business with. He was responsive, friendly, punctual and honest. All of these impressive traits were second to the quality of his work. We had a concrete patio that he overlaid with Pennsylvania Bluestone we couldn���t be more pleased with the results. Mr. Sanchez and his team did an amazing job, and every step along the way was led by Mr. Sanchez. The team took their time and did everything right. I can���t say enough positive about Sanchez Masonry.

I hired J Sanchez Masonry to repair a retaining wall. Mr. Sanchez was easily accessible, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a couple of problems with the City of Alexandria's building code requirements, but Mr. Sanchez was willing to work with me and ensure the work was done as efficiently and cost effective as possible. I would hire this company for other projects without hesitation.

He did an excellent job

Mr. Sanchez was top notch, I wish all contractors operated in this fashion, the world would be a better place and you would not have to read this review! He and his crew were professionals and empathetic, something you don't find often. If he has an open space do NOT hesitate to take it. My new home has beautiful rustic brick with a soft beige mortar. Unfortunately someone decided to slap harded grey mortar in patches up and down the house! I called J. Sanchez and and I can tell you now this place looks brand new. I am out of characters on this review so I will leave it with WOW.

Mr. Sanchez and his crew did an excellent job of tuck-pointing the bricks and repairing some stucco cracks . He thoroughly went over the areas that he felt needed repairing and pointed them out before giving us an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable, and we plan to use his company again in the future.

The clean up was not good. Nails left in the street where we park our extra car. Pieces of concrete left in the grass. The wash water was thrown on the side yards plants and plants under the deck so now the plants have a concrete coating on them that will not wash off with water. The driveway is not a consistent color and the wash water was dripped on the driveway leaving spots on the surface....

J Sanchez did a great job in repairing our brick step and walkway. They arrived on time and completed the project in one day. The step and walkway look great. Work was completed professionally and everything was cleaned up beautifully. I would highly reocommend J Sanchez for any brick and concrete project that you may have.

Jose was very responsive and we were able to turn this small project (repair) around within 24 hours! He and his helper did an outstanding job.

They called the very next morning, came out and priced the job that day, and completed the work the same day. We were very pleased. It was a small project, but they were more than willing to do the job. I would recommend them.
