Description of Work: We were return customers to Ideal Tile. Our first project had been tiling the tub area and floor of our master bathroom. We did the installation ourselves. That was our first time for selecting and setting tile. Mo and Linda were very helpful throughout the process of tile selection. They both know their inventory and made several suggestions until we found the tile that we wanted. Mo brought up the measurements of our bathroom on a computer screen that allowed him to maneuver the tiles to get the most efficient use of each tile and the best overall look for both the tub and the floor of the bathroom. In February of 2012 we returned to Ideal Tile to purchase tile and some small pewter medallions for a kitchen backsplash (to be installed by our kitchen remodeling contractor). Mo again used the computer to help us layout the best placement for the medallions to add interest to the backsplash. We purchased a tile that we thought would be an appropriate match to our floor tile. When we received the tile, much to our chagrin, our selection had not been a good choice. We took the tile back, and Mo and Linda were helpful in selecting a different tile. Instead of giving us grief, Mo told us he would take care of it. Within three days we had our new tile, along with a refund for the difference of price. The service and tile selection were both of the highest quality.

Description of Work: Ideal tile has a very wide selection of tile, as much or more than the tile stores with large display areas. The two salespeople, Mo and Linda, are courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Both have constructive design suggestions and good design eyes for scale. They were able to propose (and revise) various design combinations until they were certain that I was happy with my choices and they were satisfied that the technical challenges were met. Both anticipated lifestyle and maintenance issues, timing and installation problems. I had my bathroom completely renovated and Ideal Tile did the tile and wall finish work. The workmen were very courteous and neat, the workmanship is really absolutely perfect, the work occurred on time with no surprises, and the price more than reasonable considering the workmanship.
