Bottom Line: IBOY Construction Services does excellent work for a reasonable price, but even more importantly, they are a rare company looking to build a productive long-term relationship based on trust with their customers vice fleece them and run over the short term. This is the second time we are using this company, and frankly, it was their proactive approach tracking their own warranty on a previous project that largely sold me. Not only will they absolutely stand behind their warranty, but they will actually contact you prior to warranty end to ensure everything is good. Virtually no other company does this. Communication: Scheduling the estimate was easy and good communication continued throughout the process. Quality of Work: IBOY construction replaced the floor, steps, and bench of our wooden deck, which were cracking and rotting. As requested, they used premium, pressure-treated pine and coated screws to prevent rusting and rot. They did a very professional job and knew just how to lay it with the correct spacing for new pressure-treated pine. But they went above and beyond. Noticing the boards for the stair stringer were heavily cracked, they actually rebuilt the stringer using extra wood from the project for the same cost as the original contract - WHO DOES THAT?!? Pricing: Price was the middle of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies providing estimates, but as mentioned, they actually ate the labor cost for the stringer. The project manager's obvious expertise, upfront and clear appraisal with no upselling, timely communications, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project and made it all worth it. The trust they build is absolutely key to their success.

Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Communication: Scheduling the estimate was easy and good communication continued throughout the process. Quality of Work: The front of our home is primarily brick and a faux engineered stucco. About a dozen small patches of the stucco were rotting, and we wanted to repair those areas vice reface the entire front of the house, especially as we had just retrimmed the whole front of the house in Hardie board and installed new windows within the last 5 years. As it turns out, finding a company to do the repair was VERY difficult as MOST companies only wanted to reface the whole thing. In addition, we wanted all of the front windows recaulked as they were showing signs of cracking. Only Iboy Construction Services and two other companies out of about a dozen were even willing to bid on a smaller project as this. The project manager and I thoroughly talked about options, including an overall refacing, but he was confident he could affect repair and did not attempt to upsell me. Overall, it was excellent work. They cut out and replaced the rotted portions using owner-provided left over engineered stucco and used plaster to blend in the new sections to the existing stucco boards. You can not even tell these sections were replaced. The caulking around the windows was done neatly, and although the company overestimated the amount of caulk required by about a dozen, they left me all the extras. Enrique and his team did a fantastic job. They were prompt and their prices were very reasonable. My deck and fence turned out amazing. They also patched up some drywall for me since I had a leak in my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. Everything turned out really well. Would use them again.
