+ 4 morethey never responded. One employee worked very hard, very carefully, and did a tremendous job with the patio and the drainage. However, Gary was slow to respond, late to every scheduled meeting, and was more about "ideas" than implementation. I'm very grateful to have had the one employee who was dedicated, on time, and excellent. However, I would not hire this company again--I'd look for the person who actually did the job!
Description of Work: Hill's Top designs completed extensive landscaping, irrigation, fencing, and patio building at our home. They designed the plan and implemented most of it, before going out of business. Some of the work was unfinished, though I am glad most of the work was done. Quality was mixed. I am very pleased with how well the landscaping is holding up during these heavy rains. They installed a new french draining system that has worked much better than the one in place before. Much of the yard looks very nice. However, the primary reason we employed them in the first place was to help with planting a steep slope to prevent erosion. That was not successful and most of the plants they installed have died. That will need to be done again. Also, the estimates were quite a bit lower than the final price. When called to complete the unfinished work and to address the problem with the plants dying on the hill,

Description of Work: I used Hill's Top Designs Inc last fall. They helped us do some dent repair, some fence, and some wall design.

Description of Work: For approximately $35 per man-hour, Hill's Top Design performs any and all landscaping tasks: mowing, lawn-care, shrub trimming, installing proper drainage, underground watering system installation and maintenance, attention to seasonal details.
