My family has used Friends Cleaning twice a month for four years now. They are a great cleaning service! First and foremost, they clean our home thoroughly. We love the smell of our clean home when we walk through the door. The are reliable, with not a single cancellation to date. They follow requests such as cleaning a piece of furniture or TV a certain way. They care and do not break or scratch our belongings. Skarlet is friendly, professional, and responds to emails or calls very promptly. They are flexible (e.g., when we need to move a cleaning or schedule an extra cleaning before company) and are reasonably priced. The little extras have made all the difference; we look forward to the special touches around our home and to our kids rooms (e.g., special stuffed animal arrangements or the way tissues are folded on each box). The kids can't wait to see their rooms when they get home from school and will often shout "my room looks so cute!" To sum it up - a dependable, professional, and all around wonderful cleaning service!

My air ducts had been cleaned the weekend before and dust was all over my house. I had family coming in from out of town that have terrible allergies so I called Friends in a pinch to get the house cleaned quickly before their arrival. They did a meticulous job cleaning all the corners of the house and places I wouldn't have even thought to have cleaned. The house smelled fresh and the ladies were super careful and courteous. The company is operated by Lorena Medrano who was in constant contact with me and her cleaning crew ensuring that all of my needs were met. I highly recommend this company and can't wait for them to come clean again next week!
