The father/son team was on time and quickly identified our issue. Because the issue is common with my particular oven, they had the replacement part with them and were able to fix it on the spot. The whole experience was easy.

He did an excellent job. He had the piece I needed for the washer and advised I replace the refrigerator. He went above and beyond my expectations by being so helpful. He is moderately priced and I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Refrigerator's freezer was leaking, husband was in the hospital, brand-new wooden kitchen floor: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! Mary was unbelievably helpful in scheduling us and the service men were very nice. This will be our go-to company, for sure.

Sam was very professional, he was punctual, and very knowledgable.

I called the morning of a rare day off -- Estes fit me in during the same morning. In less than an hour my oven was good as new and the repairperson offered simple fix for exhaust fan challenge. Wonderful service. Wonderful company. I would hire them again in a flash.

I'm a new customer of Estes Appliance Service and when I called Sam to tell him my washing machine wasn't working, he was able to fit me in his schedule at the end of the day. He diagnosed the problem as needing a new belt and he needed to order one; he promptly returned the next day to install it. He was very competent and professional, and I was thrilled he could repair my machine without it costing too much. Sam was the 2nd person who diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. The first person was from another repair company in the area (highly rated) who told me he thought I needed a new motor. He quoted me $404 in addition to the $70 service charge. He also said I might just want to buy a new washer/dryer since my laundry center was old. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion from Sam. I will definitely contact him again when another appliance needs repair.
