Ephesus is a nice guy and very personable. He came at the time he said. He checked my washing machine looking at the error codes and determined that I needed to run a cleanse cycle to clear out soap buildup. I did so and it works fine now. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and was very willing to explain things. I liked him and will use him again

Follow up to April 2019 review: we thought we were happy with the work until today when our dishwasher repair contractor arrived and told us the garbage disposal was not installed correctly, preventing our dishwasher from draining. Very disappointed.

So glad I hired them to fix my dishwasher. Very professional, top notch customer service, timely & responsive and the price for service was absolutely fair. I was comfortable enough with them to add a couple of other items to thr work order that I d been putting off fafter the initial consultation. Ephr will be my go-to for appliance issues.
