My experience to them went very well! Their estimate was right in time as I expected and it wasn't overpriced nor under-priced. The work was done timely and they were very professional, courteous, and convenient.

We found a recommendation for David Levri on a local listserv and called him up when we needed a plumber. Our upstairs bathroom was leaking through its floor and into the ceiling of the kitchen below. We didn't know if it was the tub or the toilet, as we had only lived in the house for a couple of weeks at that point. David answered our call, came over within a matter of minutes as he is local, and spent some time looking at the problem. He agreed that it would probably require cutting into the kitchen ceiling to see the extent of the damage. He was friendly, professional, and said he was heading out of town right after this but would send us a quote in a couple of days. We never heard back. He never sent a quote. When the leak got worse and started dripping on my head in the kitchen, we called him back multiple times. We had really liked him and wanted to have him do the job, but he never returned our messages, even when we said to please just let us know if he wasn't interested in the job anymore. We were disappointed that we couldn't rely on him after all, as we'd been looking for a general local plumber to call on when necessary.

During Super Storm Sandy, pounding rain compromised the watertight integrity of several window frames leading to water damage in an upstairs bedroom and ceiling directly below. Mr. Levri was able to quickly identify the problem areas and provide sound counsel on how the external repairs should proceed (which involved a masonry trade). In addition, he removed and replaced damaged drywall in one bedroom and the drywall ceiling in the living room to include taping and texturing in preparation for repainting. He also replaced all the molding work around the window frames and sills. His work was exceptional -- bar none. In addition he meticulously cleaned up at the end of each work day, dusting down the work area and vacuuming up all dry wall detritus. Courteous, professional, timely -- Mr. Levri is a consummate professional that I would not hesitate hiring again.

Dave came to our rescue after our basement flooded following Hurricane Irene. He initially came on a Saturday morning to pump out our basement. Dave returned later to install a sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and creative, as the pump was put in a hard-to-reach area. Dave's work was top-notch; the rest of the contractors working on our basement repair commented repeatedly on the quality of the job. It was messy work, and Dave was very careful to minimize the impact and cleaned up everything as well. He is also a good natured guy and though the circumstances were unfortunate, we feel very fortunate to now have Dave as our plumber! **One year later, as we prepared for Hurricane Sandy, Dave called us to ensure that the pump and batter (back-up) were in good order!!

Overall everything went smoothly and there were no hiccups.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday and so many that are listed charge extra for a Saturday appointment. I wanted to use a small family type company that doesn't add an emergency fee to the price. I contacted a couple that were already booked for the day and then reached David. He was available and at my house in less than an hour. He was courteous and professional. He identified a bigger problem with my vent pipe and had to go pick up additional parts. His charge was very reasonable and his work was excellent and he cleaned up after himself. I will definately contact David again if a need arises.

He came early in the morning and worked so efficiently and hard that the work was done in two days. He was nice and didn't track mud into the house!
