Description of Work: the main office was hard to get hold of...played phone tag quite a bit before we could get an appointment date. (there wasn't an email or online option provided) We've used them in the past and without warning they raised the price by $175 which we accepted. During the cleaning, a big chip was taken out of our newly painted wall which they didn't want to pay for. They offered to take $35 off which wasn't even half of the amount it cost to get the painters back out. When we called for our next appointment, they had increased the price to $215. The actual cleaners seemed to be nice people however dealing with the abruptness of the dispatcher (office mgr.) doesn't seem worth it. Didn't feel they cared about customer loyalty.

+ -1 moreFor the most part, I was very happy with their service. They dusted the window ledges, blinds and did a general cleaning for about 1 hour 45 minutes. They missed a few minor things, but the place overall looked great. I also just moved into my townhouse, so they had to work around a lot of boxes and other things that don't have a place yet. The only thing that was wasn't happy with was that they were about 45 minutes late.
Description of Work: They did what they called a deep cleaning.

+ 0 moreThey were on time and a total of three ladies showed up. That was good. One lady speaks English and other two a foreign language. The two who spoke in foreign language were very good, while the lady who spoke english did an average cleaning work. Overall ok for the price and will leave updated feed back on my next appointment.
