I contacted Dimitrios regarding painting my townhouse in preparation to sell it, based on a referral from a former work colleague that has had Dimitrios paint for them in the past. Dimitrios came out to inspect and quote, and believe me when I say it was no small job. I had painted the house myself several times over the years I owned it, but as I am not a professional painter, it was not exactly the most stellar result, and certainly not sellable. Dimitrios quoted preparation, primer, multiple coats of paint, and full on repair of all walls, ceilings, trim, and my fireplace mantel. I also had another paint contractor quote a lesser job (did not include the basement area), and their quote was identical in price for less work. Dimitrios was able to get me on the schedule for the following week, and he and his crew finished the job in 4 business days. I stopped by the house at one point, and it was so amazingly done, that I couldn't tell what else needed to be completed. All of the walls had been repaired (where needed), patched, sanded, primed, and painted, the ceilings got the same treatment, and the trim was flawlessly bright and shiny. They even painted inside every closet and closet ceiling! I had partially removed some wallpaper borders in the bathrooms, but not all of the adhesive, and Dimitrios and his crew took down what was left so perfectly that I couldn't tell there ever was wallpaper there. To say Dimitrios is a professional is an understatement, his and his crew's work is flawless, even down to the cleanup. Speaking of which, the cleaning job was the best I've ever seen from a contractor. The entire house was vacuumed, swept, and wiped down, there were no paint drips anywhere, and not a speck of drywall dust to be found. I would hire Dimitiros again in a heartbeat, and have passed his information to my neighbors and my realtor.

Great job and nice clean up, too. This was a big concern of ours, as we have two young kids. He came highly recommended by our property manager. Dimitrio's and his crew gave us the lowest bid, too.

Dimitrios did an excellent job. He listened to what I wanted and double checked all the details (e.g. whether to paint the windowsill in the bedroom). He even called back to double check which color was for which bedroom. All of the switch plates, blinds, etc. were removed before painting and replaced after. The place was left clean - not a drop of paint on carpets. And the job was done a day sooner than he had predicted.

I love the work that they he did. I can't say enough how beautiful it is. This man takes great pride in the work that he does and I thought it was worth every penny. He is very professional and has a good eye for detail. I would definitely give him a call if you are looking for an excellent painter.
