Awful, I don't even know how they can be in business.
Description of Work: After signing the contract to replace our water main to the house, DeMarr repeatedly delayed starting work. After numerous excuses (and being 4 months behind scheduled date) went with American Plumbing who performed the work for half the price and did it 1 week after the estimate.

We deeply apologize for your experience. This was during a time when DeMarr Inc. had only one crew, and the owner of this company had to manage everything from paperwork to moving equipment. As the housing bubble grew during the year you wrote this report, we could barely keep up the with the amount of work we were taking on. The contract must have been lost in paperwork or another unknown issue. We have taken great lengths to prevent this from ever happening again. Today DeMarr Inc. has over 12 full time employees, including a secretary, over 15 trucks, and more than 20 pieces of equipment. We are the prime contractor for many prestigious custom home builders in the area, and we work to satisfy many other clients in the Northern VA area. Again we do apologize for your experience.
