I NEVER write reviews, but I was so impressed by Dave and his team, I had to take the time to write about my experience. We were buying our first house and had no idea what to do. From our very first discussion, he made us feel at ease and happily explained every question we had. He never made us feel like we asked a stupid question and always took the extra time to answer everything in full detail. He even answered late in the evening when a random question popped into our mind. Even better was actually looking at houses. Dave has excellent knowledge of both VA and MD. We were looking in both areas and he knew the homes well. He knew concerns to look for and was open and honest if he saw something he did not like. He never pushed a house on us and primarily wanted us to be happy with our purchase and more importantly that we were purchasing a quality home. His response time was minimal. He always returned our call or email within a few hours and was open and willing to look at houses during whatever time worked best for us. When it came time to negotiate, we were nervous as we had never bought a home before. He had expert experience and great advice. He always gave his own opinion and the justifications behind what he was thinking, but the final decision was always ours. It was truly a team effort. Although I love my new home, IF we ever move, we will definitely be using Dave again. I could not imagine putting such an important step in the hands of anyone else. We 100% trust him.

Dave was recommended to us by a coworker, who had worked with him in 2013. He was very easy to work with and clearly understood what we were looking for in a new home. We mostly worked with his business partner, Mike, who knew the area we moved into very well. Both Dave and Mike made the home-buying process as easy to understand as possible and we are thrilled with our new home.
