Dan was able to come the day after I called him and arrived close to the time he estimated. He figured out what the problems were and fixed one on the spot and and ordered a part for the other. He came back two days later on Saturday and installed the part. He even pointed out the refrig was alittle off of level so he leveled it for us. His price was his initial estimate plus the price of the part, which I thought was pretty reasonable. Its been a couple weeks since and everything is working fine.

The owner, Dan Fagaras, was very responsive to our initial request for service, providing an estimate and scheduling an appointment within 48 hours. The source of the leak was a bit of a mystery, but Dan's initial assessment was that a gasket needed to be replaced. He offered to get the gasket from a supply store and return to install it that evening. It turns out that didn't fix it, so Dan picked up another piece and installed it a couple days later (due to our scheduling restrictions). When that piece didn't fix the issue, Dan continued to troubleshoot the source and eventually solved the problem - the dishwasher wasn't originally mounted to the cabinets using the correct brackets. Through the entire process, Dan was doggedly committed to figuring out the problem. Any other appliance repair specialist would have given up.

Dan did an excellent job and charged a very reasonable price. He was very professional and worked quickly. We will definitely hire him again if we have problems with any of our other appliances.
