They put a huge scratch in my wood floors and charged too much.

It was awesome. I liked them a lot. I talked to Brad, on a Saturday. They came out on a Monday morning and the work was all done by mid-day.

They arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and quickly removed the Sofa. They had pricing levels. For 1/2 a truck full it was $159 and then it went up. They told me that my sofa would cost $219. I was not sure how my sofa would fill more then 1/2 a truck, however, as they had to carry it down three flights of stairs I did not complain. It was worth it because I certainly could not carry it down three flights of stairs to remove it from my condo. They were very careful removing the sofa from my condo and carrying it down the stairs. All in all a great experience. I would use them again.

I should have been emailed and called immediately when they realized that it was wood on the curb. A note should have been left on the door or mailbox if they didn't have my cell or email. I was left with only 24 hours to desperately find someone else to do the job before an open house. I am not confident that they contacted Angie's list and paypal to process the reimbursement.

They were the best. Professional and efficient. I hired them twice and I will hire them again if needed.

Very professional Team -- Anthony and Joseph did a great job, especially with a difficult task involving the removal of the very expensive recliner. I needed it removed from the house for a subsequent sale through craigslist and the bonding/insurance that CHHJ carries made it worth the cost and allowed me to get rid of an old dryer and other items the city won't accept in household trash.

It went without a hitch. They were prompt, polite, professional, and did their work quickly and efficiently. I sat upstairs and let them do their work, and only at then end of the hour did I go down and chat with them. Yes, they were both college students who are working hard at this job while also completing their educations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you call, ask for Kenny & Richard -- they were a great team who cheerfully and competently did the dirty work for me on a very hot day. The reason I cannot assign a ranking to the category of "price" is because I did not do my homework and get an estimate from them ahead of time, something I usually do when hiring contractors. Their price may have been less than their competitors' or it may have been more, I don't know one way or the other -- they came to give an estimate, and I ended up agreeing to it on the spot and having them haul the items away right then and there because I have a schedule to keep.

Patrick and Shane arrive right on time and did a great job. They were careful, courteous, very pleasant.

Darien and Abraham arrived early after calling to make sure it was ok to do so. They were extremely professional, courteous and fast. I will definitely use them again.

Their price was a little high for what they did but they said that that was their base rate. I chose them because I liked the name of their company. They told me that most haulers have base prices that were higher than theirs.

We were extremely satisfied with them. The price was very reasonable. They 2 young men that came went out of their way to do everything they could to help with the move.

I was a little nervous setting up the appointment online without talking to an actual human, but our job went perfectly. I was able to schedule the job with little advance notice which was a pleasant surprise. We had a few extremely heavy items to move, so they sent 4 guys (Kenny/Matt/Mike/Sean). They showed up early after calling to confirm that it was okay with us. The guys had to maneuver tight corners, but managed to moved everything out without and damage to the items or our basement walls. They were polite, efficient, and worked great as a team. I'd call them again in a heartbeat if I had more heavy stuff to move or haul away.

they did an excellant job with speed. They charged only for the amount of a truckload that my items filled.

A week and a half later these people called me back (which by the way was already past my requested move date) and asked if I wanted to to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Not only did they not read the request form but the person I spoke to later did not put anything in the system about their potential customers issues or experience. I told this to the girl who called me and she immediately got defensive and said i find this hard to believe...it wasn't worth anymore of my time so I hng up the phone.

Excellent Service. Arrived on time, were professional, and very courteous. Washer/Dryer no dings/dents. Very careful with the furniture. We had several flights of stairs, and there was no complaints and no additional charges for the stairs. Great job, and great crew. Would use again!

I found out about them on Angie's List. They were very careful not to damage anything in the house. They were very careful with the pieces of furniture, and some were too heavy and big, and not damage them. They were very professional. It was a very pleasant experience. We are getting ready to move, so we may probably use them again in another six weeks.

Better than I could have ever imagined. I have moved many times and never in my life thought it as a fun thing to do, until the hunks came that is!

Exccellent, they called to let us know when to expect them and when the arrived on schedule they introdcued themselves, took a look at the items we needed removed quoted me a price and got to work. They removed everthing didn't charge for the labor and once complete came back and asked if we were satisified. We were and the price chared was well worth it. Super company, they even sent me a thank you card for the first service call.

Beyond expectations! They called and asked if they could arrive early which was great and then they set to work removing the rotten monstrosity in our backyard. They demolished the large wooden swing set-jungle gym combo and hauled away all of the debris, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to hire and they are coming back to remove some additional items which wouldn't fit in the truck during the first trip. This company is a must hire!

They loaded the truck and hauled the items away. Quick, friendly, fine.

Sorry that I spent so much money for so little work. Workers hauled away everything except the two specific things we requested and that they agreed to move and haul away.

I couldn't be more pleased. I plan to invite them back to remove some furniture for Good Will after the house is sold.

They were courteous over the phone and were able to accomodate my small window of availabilty.
