Singh is very professional. He is on my go to list now. In the interests of the environment he helped me fix rather than dump my dryer. It was a marginal cost choice that was quite narrow but who prices our carbon foot print???

We hired City Home Appliances to repair a dishwasher and a clothes dryer and they were able to come the next day. The technician arrived punctually, after examining the appliances explained what was necessary to fix them, did the work carefully, and cleaned up when he was finished. When it was necessary to order parts for the dryer, he kept me informed of their delivery schedule, and came back to finish the job as soon as the parts arrived. We would use this company again and unhesitatingly recommend them.

Singh is a very polite, hardworking individual. He is very knowledgable and reasonably priced. My refrigerator broke last Friday and my insurance company failed to send a technician to fix it within 48 hours. So, I reached out to City Home and Mr. Singh agreed to come and check it the same day for a reasonable cost. He travelled 45 minutes but just few minutes before his arrival my insurance company sent out a technician and said If I go with anyone else they won't reimburse the expense. So, I explained the situation to Mr. Singh and he understood my situation and simply asked me to give him another chance next time. He didn't even take the money I gave him for the gas and time he spent travelling all the way to my house for nothing. I would highly recommend him for his honesty and hard working attitude.

Singh was super quick in responding to our initial contact, in diagnosing the problem, getting the necessary part, and in fixing the problem of our dish washer. For all these services, he charges only a fixed labor of reasonable price. Now we have the permanent Home Appliance Doctor.

Singh saved us today. Noticed that the fridge stopped working in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and check that they had the needed part, and said he would be there in the afternoon. He showed up in the early afternoon, and replace the part. The fridge started working right away, but he noticed that the fan was not running (probably the root of the problem, which was causing the fridge to overheat). He was able to go back to the warehouse to get the needed part, and came back to install it in the early evening, and didn't even charge us extra labor. The fridge is working better than it has in years. I would definitely use this company again for future work.

After a long difficult day, Mr Gosain showed up as promised even though it was 8 pm! He is reliable and I would use him again.

Singh promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to check my refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the necessary parts and worked efficiently to effect the needed repairs. He followed up with a phone call the next morning to make certain that our refrigerator was working properly. We were very pleased with the results.
