They know how to do a good job. I had a dryer breakdown. It was two parts to replace. It was hard enough for the City Home to find the parts. They did all the work in the office. I did not have to get involved. That was a big benefit to me. As soon as part was in they scheduled me immediately. I like they completed their work and cleaned up the area. Also they gave me great suggestions on how to get better ventilation around unit in a tight space it sits. My technician had 19 years experience. Wonderful! I needed it. I would recommend their service to anyone. If you want some one who knows how to fix problems. This is the best decision you will make. I m so glad I found City Home Appliances and Services.

Great same day service! Mr. Singh, who is the owner, and a caring family man, responds personally and courteously. I needed same day service for my electric dryer and he made sure we got it. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it up and running the same day. I will definitely be calling him back for all our major appliances.

I received a very prompt follow-up call after my initial inquiry. They were able to come out on the next business day. Singh s work was extremely thorough, he was really interested in finding the source of the problem and providing a quality solution for us. Courteous and punctual. Singh spent hours diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher and it is now working like new. Rates were extremely generous. It was later discovered that the dishwasher was not level or plumb and the door was not replaced correctly. This resulted in a leak through the floor causing damage to the ceiling below and costing over $300 to repair/paint the ceiling and have another company fix the dishwasher properly. Our stove was also worked on. However, the knob was not positioned correctly in the off position. We had to have another company fix it, as well, for an additional cost of about $100.

I hired City Home Appliances for fixing our dryer. They are very professional and trustworthy. I will highly recommend them for any appliance repair and will definitely hire them again myself.

Very knowledgeable about whirlpool refrigerators. Replaced a couple parts and it was running normally again. I'll be calling them again to repair another appliance.

Singh was amazing. He came immediately, was honest and straightforward regarding our fridge.

From initial contact through completion of the work, everything was handled very quickly and the work quality was great. Reasoning for a mediocre rating was on the fact that we discussed one particular price on the phone; however, on further review, additional parts were required. The problem was that the parts were bought and installed and I was charged for them without consulting me first. At the new price, I would ve opted out of it and bought a new appliance. I d use City Appliance again but would ensure that everyone understands that no work is done until I give the blessing on the FINAL price.

They were able to fix my refrigerator the same day I called. It was complicated - he had to remove the inside panel of the freezer to replace a part. It 's cooling fine now!
