They responded to calls right away, called prior to arrival, and showed up as scheduled.

Very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Worked to resolve the issue at the lowest cost and quickest method. Made a point of not wanting to perform work not necessary. I will definitely call them again if l have another appliance issue.

He claims he fixed our washer the first time, but he did not. I paid him $249. Call him to come back a second time and this time he replaced a part and still did not solve the problem. He came back a third time to tell us we need to replace the motor in the washer. He said that he would refund $90 of the $249, because he did not fix the problem, of course a week later we have not received the refund. We wasted nearly three weeks dealing with this individual. My wife had to take our clothes to a laundromat, which cost about $60. We finally went out and purchased a new washer.

They came by within one day to fix my electric dryer. I would definitely recommend them. Fair prices for good work.

The owner who came to fix our fridge at our home was knowledgeable, professional, yet courteous and fair in our dealing with him. I thought Sings knowledge of his craft and industry was outstanding. He literally saved us from almost buying a new fridge and almost spending over $1,000 on a new refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem by process of elimination on what worked and didn t work and figured out what the issue was. He is fair, honest, and reliable and anyone that needs his service should consider using him. Willing to do business again if the time ever arose.

Avoid!!! Over a week ago I paid them $188 to replace a part that was NOT bad and he said he was sorry but the ice maker was bad and needed replaced. I said ok, and I've been waiting ever since. I have contacted them 3 times and the new ice maker is still not in. Meanwhile, over a week now with no ice. Worst company I have ever hired! I am hiring a different company to do the job right and I'll have to eat the $188.
