Very conscientious! Very satisfied with the experience

I would not hire them again. He attempted to fix my refrigerator and actually made it worse than before he started working on it. I had it repaired by another company that informed me that some wires had been left disconnected in the back of the refrigerator. It appeared he was not sure of diagnosing the problem.

This company is honest and I would definitely hire them again

I filled out a request and 5 minutes later I had a phone call asking for more information. I was able to set up an appointment for only a few hours later. They came out and completely had it fixed another hour later. It was really a great experience!

Great service, good rates, works around your schedule. Highly recommended! Came out a couple times to fix the fridge and I'm more than satisfied with the parts they used and the service they provided.

Hired City to repair a broken oven. They were quick to reply to the job. They had to order a part and when it arrived found the oven was beyond repair at a reasonable cost. They refunded the part cost and only charged a minimal amount for the estimate. Would have hired them to install the replacement oven, but they never got back to me. Very good experience with them otherwise.

Emergency fridge repair in the middle of a pandemic. Showed up same day I called, got the job done. Fridge is now working!

Came when I had trouble getting anyone else, my dryer and stove needed repair. He did a great job of fixing them, really seems to care about his work.

They showed up on time and helped me to install a new dryer that the appliance store decided at the last minute not to follow through with given COVID-19 concerns. The technician was friendly, highly professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to others and would certainly use them again for any future appliance repair needs.

The repairman was excellent. He diagnosed the problem immediatly. He informed us what he was going to do to fix the issue. He did fix the problem. A true professional.

Rather than pushing us to repair, the service rep was honest about the condition of our refrigerator and was more interested in giving us good service than charging us money unnecessarily. We will definitely call him for future repairs.

Our 4 year old Samsung dryer wasn't heating up anymore. Singh called and said he was aware of the issues with that particular dryer. He arrived, diagnosed the problem and got the dryer working very quickly. Happy customer in dry clothes! 😀
