I completed my home advisor project request at about 6:30 pm last night. Received a call and text by 10 pm. Of course, I was asleep and missed the initial contact. Replied around 7 am. The repairman was ringing by door bell by 1:15 pm. By 1:45 pm my repair was complete. In less than 24hrs, my appliance is fully functioning! Amen! Thats what I call FANTASTIC and TIMELY SERVICE!

Mr. Singh was very responsive and responsible during the repair for the washer. He came to take a look at the washer first to verify the problems before ordering the parts then he was very efficient in replacement and repair of the washer.He was also very knowledgeable about the appliance repair. Lastly,, he was very patient while working with us on day and time of the appointments-- all our fault since we had to change the dates of the appointment.

I contacted several appliance repair companies to service my dryer. Most put me on a 7-10 day waiting list. City Home provided same day service. Moreover, the service was excellent, rapidly diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining what needed to be done, and completing the service. All in all, a pleasurable experience. This company is fantastic! I sent an on-line inquiry out around 8 pm on a Sunday night because my 16-year-old clothes dryer had died. (This was a true emergency because we do laundry every single day.) About half an hour later, I received a phone call from Mr. Singh, the owner of City Home Appliances, who told me he could come to my house the next morning. He came, he examined my dryer very carefully, replaced a few small parts, and â like a miracle â it was working again! I was so relieved. I will definitely use this company again.

Hired to repair my refrigerator. VERY fast response, very knowledgeable about my refrigerator brand and model, explained the problem and the repair in detail. He was also very fair which was refreshing. He followed up later in the day to confirm the refrigerator is still working. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Singh was very professional and did great work!

Gosain was great at communicating when he would arrive and what the issues were with our dryer. He replaced the heating element and also identified an issue with the power supply from the circuit panel. Rather than just replacing additional parts (and charging us for them) he suggested we get an electrician out, and that fixed the rest of the problem. I appreciated his honesty and genuine care to get our appliance working again for us.
