This company is great...rhe technician came p out,, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it - unlike most HVAC companies that simply send sales reps who want to replace whole systems every time.

Services included draining my water heater, testing my sump pump, replacing an outside faucet that was leaking, fixing a couple of noisy toilets, and a couple of other items. They arrived in the scheduled window. The two plumbers were very good with quality work and the work done quickly. The materials used seem very good as well.

It went great. Anytime they always went over and above. Very polite and professionals. Customer is always right .

Pricing is reasonable and the service was good. I used them multiple times.

Hoses were on so tight the tech had to cut part of the threads off before it would screw off. Great job, in and out in 30 mins.

Highly recommend Chandler's. Travon was our technician. He showed up on time, immediately had a solution to drain our condensate line further away from the house and replaced our pump as the existing one was 16+ years old. When he was testing the system he discovered the old copper tubing had several pinhole leaks in it. He replaced the old copper line with vinyl tubing and completely fixed a problem we didn't even know we had. Again, I highly recommend Chandler's and will call them the next time we need any HVAC or plumbing repair.

Great, he was fast, friendly, and super respectful. Finished up work in the first half hour and also fixed a minor unrelated issue with my sink. Could not ask for more. Also, my cat loved him.

Chandler's replaced an existing toilet with a new one and did another small repair. Without a doubt, working with Chandler's was the easiest experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They tell you what the choices are, what it is going to cost, what additional charges there might be, if any, show up on time, do they job, clean up, and it's done with no surprises. Their prices are reasonable. The plumber who came, Dustin, was very professional. I will hire them next time I need a plumber

Even though they came up as serving Winchester on Angie's list they do not service Winchester, VA, other than that nothing wrong with them as far as I know.

Excellent work, professional, very courteous, cleans up after themselves. Installed a split system in one of rooms, they were a pleasure to work with, they obtained the permit from the City since new electric was required. They worked with me regarding the electric, placement of the item including which type of unit would be best for the room. Loved working with them, due to their professionalism and knowledge in the industry. Would hire them again!

Excellent work. They were professional and did an excellent job. Between the install of a new electrical line, exterior work and the interior wall unit, it was flawless to me. They listened to my concerns regarding placement of the unit, drainage and electric wiring all during the proposal and after receipt of the proposal. All of my questions were answered and the job completion was excellent. All who came to my house were professional and did an excellent job. No issues with the final Alexandria City inspection.

We needed to get a gas line installed to our kitchen for our new gas stove. They provided a great quote and did the work quickly and well.

The technician performed the inspection with minor suggestions (Clean the coil). Unfortunately the AC did not work after he left. Another technician came and said the condenser motor had been shorted and tripped the breaker. No one touched the AC after the first technician left and the AC was not working. They now want $4100 to repair the damage they did. There's been no AC since last week.

In view of José's exceptional work in my earlier bath project I, again, turned to Chandler's to complete repair work as a result of basement waterproofing in the laundry room and family room. Jose led the project, working with Augustine. It included repair of drywall, replacing flooring (mosaic tile in the laundry room and vinyl planks in the basement family room) and painting. The professionalism of the the entire Chandler's team is impressive. All communications worked smoothly. The work completed exceeded my expectations. Photos attached.

I selected Chandlers after consultation with several contractors for major repair work in my basement as a result of installation of a full perimeter French Drain. The work required re-installation of a shower and toilet, removing remaining old tile and installing vinyl planks, repair of drywall and painting. The work done by José was flawless, he is a perfectionist. In addition, it was a major plus that Chandlers was able to do the entire project Photos attached.

Good. Came towards end of time frame, but finished pretty fast, charged only for hours used along with parts. Did a low cost repair of an outdoor faucet rather than replace it since it was a quick job.

For both projects, Furnace replacement and plumbing work, the folks at Chandler were superb. Their office/scheduling staff were polite and responsive. The techs who installed the new furnace were on time, polite and did a great job. They explained the new furnace to me, cleaned up the workspace (even removing a dead mouse - ick) and got the job done in a timely manner. The gentleman who came to do the plumbing work was also on time, polite and very helpful when discussing the problem and the resolution. An hour later all was fixed. And at a cost much less than some of the other area plumbers.

I had an excellent experience with Chandler's. Setting up the appointment was easy. Nate, the technician, was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He fixed a broken shower handle and replaced a broken garbage disposal. I highly recommend Chandler's.

Professional and punctual from the estimate to the installation. We noticed a strange sound coming from the outside AC unit and they replaced the whole unit. I would definitely recommend Chandler's.

They made everything easy. Appointment scheduled with ease, price quoted was excellent, showed up on time and called to advise on the way, took less time and price was a bit under the quote due to type of repair actually needed. Who could want more. Will call again the next time I need a plumber.
