They warned that the whole pipe may need to be replaced etc and that would cost a lot of money so when they were able to replace just drain I was happy. I don't know if they charged more then someone else would have but it seemed a bit expensive to me for the work done. However, it was done well & relatively quickly.

Chandler's office staff and technicians were always professional and courteous. The technicians showed up on time and were very efficient. When I my air conditioner kept failing, they gave me a quote that included several options at different price points and an estimate for continued repairs to my old unit. The final repairs to electrical outlets and the garbage disposal were completed on time and under the estimated price. I recommended Chandler's to the new owner and to my real estate agent. I hope I can find a company this professional and reliable in my new hometown.

Whew...when I discovered a leaky pipe in a tight corner of my basement ceiling, I was prepared for the worst. Dave was quick, professional, and managed to cut only a 7x6 inch hole in my ceiling for the repair. I also appreciate that Chandler's also gives a neighborhood discount to those of us that living right behind the office.

Everything worked well from the scheduling to the arrival time and to the work itself. Communication was good, and Nate was efficient, professional, and tidy. Will definitely use them again.

I've used Chandler's for years and just think they are wonderful. Front office is fantastic for scheduling, etc. Plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and true professionals.

Perfect experience. Good contact up front from the company to schedule a day/time. Provided a window between 9AM and 1PM. Donnie showed up a few minutes before 9AM (how often does that happen?!?!). He quickly identified the problem and replaced the leaky pipe with a new piece (metal, not plastic) and was in and out in 30 minutes. Would definitely use Chandler's again.

Renee scheduled the appointment for between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Donnie called at 9:45 and said he would be at the house at 10:15. He was at the front door at 10:15. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30-35 minutes. Donnie was professional and courteous.

Plumbers are like doctors in a way...they handle the routine stuff fine and all's well; but the real value comes when there's a problem. We had differing views on how to install a reverse osmosis system (from the company and the county inspector) and troubleshooting a Flushmate toilet part. We ended up with nothing really working, and I contacted Chandlers to express frustration. They responded immediately, the manager and a plumber came to reexamine everything and worked through the complications. Some of the issue was with interpreting the installation instructions and the inspector's point of view -- Jim Miller worked through everything he knew...which is a ton...and we came to a configuration that I'm happy with. The toilet was just one of those things...didn't go so well, but they totally understood and worked hard to satisfy my frustrations. They responded exactly the way you'd expect from a company that's tied to the community and their customers. This experience in no way means I won't use them again -- I'd call them immediately with our next plumbing questions.

Chad arrived within two hours of service call, diagnosed kitchen sink leak , offered choice of two replacement models he had in truck, removed/replaced failed unit, cleaned up, gave Angie's list discount. Couldn't be better.

Excellent! Diagnosed the problem quickly and knew exactly what to do. Estimated price was within range provided to me based on the assessment. I would definitely use this service again. A little more than 3 weeks have passed since the service and the toilet does not rock and there are no leaks!

It went great. Showed up quickly, on time, and did work needed. Both jobs. Each one took an hour. He billed me $100 per hour plus parts.

They have an estimator who comes out and gives you a fixed price for the job. They did not charge just for us to get the estimate -- great! Estimator was very knowledgeable and really thought about the work to be done and how to do it. Just terrific! Technician who came out was fine. The job took longer than the estimator thought, but we were only charged the fixed price of the estimate. We're very pleased with their approach and service and plan to use them again.

I have used them a number of times and recommended them to my neighbors and they used them. They are very good. Their pricing seem reasonable. They are very punctual and they do a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.

The men and women at Chandler are great. Professional, personal in style, friendly and courteous. They always do a great job at what ever task we have them over for. In the last 6 months, they've installed a new disposal, repaired faulty plumbing in a bathroom and most recently the new gas water heater. Highly recommend!

Went well. Good diagnosis. Skilled and professional resources. Slightly pricey but their excellent quality makes up for it. Would hire them again and recommend them to others.

I picked a company that was highly rated on Angie's List and my neighbor swears by. I don't really have a problem with the professional that came but his assistant screwed up royally and ended up flooding my kitchen ceiling that had just been re-plastered the week before. He left the bathtub water running and he thought he turned it off. The positive is that their general manager called me before I could call. He came over here and looked at it. When he first came over, he literally gave me cash to reimburse me for some of the food that had been damaged when the water came pouring into the kitchen. They did right by me. They understood that I wanted to go back and use the same person to repair the kitchen ceiling. Basically, I just took it off the bill when I paid it to them. So they did right by me but I was slightly frustrated. Overall, I have a reasonably positive view about them but then there were a couple of other things I had, something related to what they did that I thought they were going to come back and fix. They never did. I raised it again. Nothing ever happened. So, I have a little bit mixed emotions about them. The person who made the mistake was a very young plumber's assistant. It was just a totally stupid mistake.

It was just a small job. They were punctual and very professional. They were timely and friendly. They knew what they were doing. I liked them; they are going to be my provider. They were very good.

Needed to relocate plumbing as we remodeled two upstairs bathrooms so we can eventually eliminate the soffit in our kitchen when it is redone. We also needed vents and water lines moved in the wall of the space for the new upstairs laundry room. The owner, Jimmy Smith, worked closely with our contractor to be sure we could accomplish what we wanted in the smartest and most cost effective way. I had other plumbers either tell me we couldn't do it or price it too high (I'm pretty sure because they didn't want to do it). Jimmy was the clear choice, and I'm so glad we went with Chandler! All work was done as planned, they were neat and pleasant and competent. I will be using them again and again!

Their price for the Toto Drake toilet installed w/ toilet supplied by them was very good ($575). I am ALWAYS happy with the service and technicians at Chandler's and will always use them in the future.

. All went well from scheduling to completion and water heater is working well. It was a hassle-free experience from beginning to end and the technicians cleaned up all debris before leaving.
