They are excellent. They are the best company I have ever worked with. There were several services combined. The cost was perfectly reasonable. It was completed a lot faster than I thought it would be. They have put in gas lines, they put in a hot water heater, they put in a fire place line, and they put in electric lines. They have done just about everything you can. Whatever they do, they know what they are doing.

Chandler's Plumbing in Falls Church sent a guy the next day, who arrived on time (not even close to being late), took all of half an hour to install the new one and charged us a reasonable fee, i.e. it was less than what I thought it would be. So, I would recommend them.

Later after leaving, one toilet was leaking slightly due to insufficient tightening down of tank. Called Chandler and they sent another plumber next day. It was corrected and remains corrected.

Very poorly - their website states that they provide free estimates. All they provide are their rates, which I already knew. They did not even attempt to size the work and give me a range of possibilities. When I noted to them that their website states they provide "free estimates", they said their rates over the phone was their free estimate. This is completely disingenuous; especially when talking with someone who has been your paying customer (and false representation on the website; they should take this down if they are not willing to provide free estimates) I also wonder if they changed management or customer service, because back in 2016 they had been helpful and provided an estimate before installing a faucet. Either way, they've lost my business.

Chandler's came out and gave a detailed estimate to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system with a more energy efficient system and worked with us to problem solve the noise level of our heating/cooling system by doing some additional vent work. They gave us a variety of proposals for different combinations of types of new equipment, did quality work at a fair price, and they also worked with us to give additional documentation we needed to submit energy efficiency rebates. Our only issue was with communication with the technicians who did the actual installation. They were punctual on the installation date, but didn't let us know that they would need to come back for a full second day of installation until they left at the end of the day on the first day. For planning taking time off from work, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the installation would take two full days instead of one.

They said they only do work in single unit homes. Even though we have a condominium that we own, they would not provide estimate or was interested in the work since it was in a multi-unit building. Since that factoid is not posted in their description of services offered (and not offered), we will provide it for members via this review.

All work successfully completed, as scheduled, and as I required. The dryer vent was installed such that I can clean out the lint from the vent from the inside of the house, as well, and a new hose bib was installed on an outside water fixture.

Went well. It was emergency service and Ihad to have heat so I do not know if it the price was good or not but it was the only place i could find that would service me on a Sunday.

Unit was installed on time. We like to have our fan on continuously, and the installed unit wouldn't apparently do that. Chandler spoke with the manufacturer to find out how to rewire the control board, and then Chandler did that work gratis.

Outstanding!!! This is a contact number I will make sure I never lose. Glen was the plumber that performed the work. He was so professional, knowledgable, quick, cheerful, and the list goes on! It was amazing how efficiently Glen worked and his level of professionalism. He really knew what he was doing and left my place immaculate. The quality of service overall was exceptional and Chandler's Plumbing & Heating is #1 on my list. In fact, I was so impressed with the quality of service provided by this family-owned business that I scheduled to have them do a service check for my heating system. Showed up on time and completed the work in one day. They worked hard and were professional. I would hire them again.

Chandlers responded within a couple of hours, made the repairs within an hour, repaired four joints and a valve. Good value for the quality of work. Great service and solid work. Will definitely go back to them for my future plumbing needs.

What a wonderful experience! Glen, the plumber, came at the scheduled time, identified our problem and promptly fixed it. Though not required, he was also a delightful person to chat with. Would happily hire Chandler's again.

Very well. The plumber saved me time and money based on earlier estimates. The only negative was that I had hoped for the plumber to return to caulk the tile fixture.

Very professional company. Work was done quickly, and the inspection process was arranged to move fast as well. Project was completed in three days, when other companies warned it could take a week or longer. Chandler's was the only company to provide a detailed estimate itemizing the complete job -- something no one else provided. This ensured there would be no surprise additions at the last minute. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and more than competent. While I wish it had cost less, their estimate was right in line with everyone else's.

Everything went very well. Nick came over to give the estimate was great. He took the time to explain how previous lights I had installed didn't have the proper bulbs in them and that's why i was having the problems I was having with them. When it came time to install the lights. Nick and his team arrived on time, they were very courteous and installed my lights and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the level of service I received.

My kitchen faucet broke. Chandler's was very responsive and able to schedule a plumber quickly that accomodated my work schedule. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He showed up on time, and answered all my questions regarding different options for shutoff valves. The installation of the new faucet went smoothly. The price seemed reasonable in relation to the work performed and amount of time spent. I would rehire them again. I received a discount as a first-time customer and you can ask for continuance rates if you need some follow-up work.

I couldn't be more impressed. They scheduled me for a same-day visit with no rush charges, came when they said, and fixed the problem quickly.

They arrive on time, the staff is very professional and polite. The billing is excellent. The owner, Jimmy Smith is terrific and there prices are very competitive and they do very good work and they are very reliable and will come back if there is any problems or issues and they will make it right. They are terrific.

We chose this company because they responded to our request right away and were able to come to our home quickly. Nate was prompt, professional, and he replaced the pipes that had been leaking inside our ceiling wall in the kitchen. The area is no longer leaking and the cost was $303. This particular company does good work so I would feel comfortable having him repair other things as they pop up.

Second time we've used Chandler's and both times we were greeted by the same gentleman (name is not coming to me at the moment but he is awesome). I've been impressed both times by their professionalism and fairness regarding price. On the second visit, the gentleman inspected both our attic and problematic toilet to try and figure out the location of the smell. He realized something I had not - which was that the smell was actually occurring when our bathroom vent was turned on. From this he was able to determine that it was indeed the toilet gasket and not an issue with ventilation within the house. He repaired the gasket and it hasn't been a problem since. We've been impressed with the quality of service, scheduling, professionalism, and promptness.
