Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen faucet that had been a pain for a long time. I talked about the space and issues, and they suggested I go to HOme Depot to buy a faucet first, and gave me suggestions. They came exactly on time, dealt with the space constraints under my sink and of a closely installed Instahot tap. We are so happy to have a faucet that stays on and stays off, and it looks great!

Description of Work: The overflow tank over our gas furnace rusted through and sprang a leak. Chandler came out and diagnosed problem, then ordered tank (the original tank was installed at least 50 years ago) and replaced it a couple of days later. It took several hours to replace since system had to be drained and re-pressurized. Personnel were professional throughout and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: We have a wall mounted pot filler that had been improperly installed by a different plumber used by the builder who built our kitchen. In the three years since construction, the pot filler had loosened and eventually blew off the wall attachment under water pressure, causing a mini-flood in the process. We had used Chandlers for other plumbing work and were happy with their work so we turned to them to try to fix this problem. To do so, Chandlers had to cut away wall tile and tile board to first shore up the mounting, and their employee who does their tile work did such an immaculate job blending the pattern and re-tiling that one simply cannot tell tile was ever cut away. And the pot filler is, for the first time, securely mounted and hasn't given a bit of trouble in the 6 months since Chandler's fixed it. Thanks, Chandlers.

Description of Work: When I had to fix a pressure regulator error Acclaimed Service's plumber Matel made when he was shown he had interfered with the existing irrigation system but then refused to fix it. However, while doing the job conversation with the technician presented an opportunity to discuss customer service philosophy. Description of Work: Fixed a line to the ice maker and repaired a toilet.

Description of Work: Chandler's have been at my home several times in the last two years. The lat time, in October 2013, they snaked my kitchen sink. They came within a day of my call which was a great relief to be able to use the sink again.

Description of Work: Neither my air conditioning nor my furnace was working. The Chandler technician diagnosed the problem in a minute, as being a certain small part in the furnace. He was very courteous and competent. I use Chandler for plumbing and this was the first time I had them for an HVAC problem. I have found them to be honest, very competent, and efficient in both areas. They don't waste time. I feel I can believe what they tell me and that their pricing is fair (given that these kinds of services are very expensive in this area).

Description of Work: Replaced in-sink garbage disposal after it died and could not be fixed. They came quickly (my sink was stopped up), explained why they recommended a certain replacement model, worked quickly and took effort to minimize any mess (they made no mess at all). The serviceman was polite. I have also used them in the past for other plumbing projects. I am happy with them and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Found the leak beneath my bathtub that was caused by bad faucet and washer deterioration, not a pipe leak. Fixed it for less than $200 whereas three other plumbers who came over to provide an estimate after checking out the leak had given me quotes for $1000-$2000. I asked them to complete the job on the spot, saved me hundreds.

Description of Work: Had Brad from Chandler come out on two occasions this year. One to fix a pin hole in a water pipe. Second to fix/replace a leaking valve for the water inflow to the commode. Arrived on time, repaired it well, reasonable cost, nice guy. Can't expect more than that.
