Description of Work: The plumber first tried to repair a malfunctioning kitchen faucet but it turned out it was beyond repair. He then installed a new faucet I had purchased the evening before. I thought the cast was very reasonable given the time and work he put in and that he was very professional and helpful. In summary, it went very well and will definitely call Chandler Plumbing again.

Description of Work: It went very well. This is the second time we have used Chandler Plumbing after discovering them on Angie's List. The job was to install a new faucet in our bathroom. When they first came, it was discovered that the box containing the new Moen faucet was mislabeled and contained a chrome finish faucet instead of brushed nickel as indicated. Fortunately, Chandler was able to return the next day to complete the job. The second visit was charged as just a continuation of the first -- an extra hour -- instead of charging for two visits. Very thoughtful. Their work is always first-rate and we recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I have used Chandler's before and have almost always been happy with their work. This time, I was happy at the end, but there was a bump in the road: | |My problem, I explained when I called, was a bathroom sink hot water shut-off valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. The plumber who was sent replaced the valve professionally. However, he did so only after I stopped him from undertaking a far more complicated project. He maintained that changing the shut off was useless; he wanted to replace the pipe between the shut-off and the supply in the wall. I insisted that he try unscrewing and replacing the valve first. I'm happy with the job he did; however, if I had not stopped him from removing a perfectly good copper pipe from a tiled wall, we would have had a very expensive mess.
